We press forward toward deeper murky waters
Zombie like states overwhelming our senses
While particular glands of serotonin contemporaries
Are depriving a modest mind
Certain nerve-ending stimulation
Beginning to feel familiar with and dependent on
As if holding a wager
On the fact or fantasy containment methods
For such mindless obsessions
Only to hope a more solid foundation will come along
To mount up upon
Letting a metamorphosis take place, keeping the pace
Slowly gathering the needed information
